What is your Mindset?
Our mindset is what compels us to take action or leads us to refrain from acting on something. Mindsets influence how you see yourself and those around you.
The various types of mindsets can mean different things to each individual, regarding how and why you think like you do. Each perspective has benefits and drawbacks. Mindsets help with growth, do you know what your mindset is?

1) Helps people grow in their personal lives by breaking bad habits that have been preventing them from achieving goals and happiness.
2) Provides the opportunity for individuals to understand themselves better which can lead to living a more fulfilling life.
3) People with positive mindsets tend to be healthier because they are more likely to engage in healthy behaviors such as eating right, exercising, getting a good night’s sleep, and avoiding addictive behaviors.

Mindsets are a way of looking at the world and yourself. The way you think is important because it determines how you live your life. You have to be careful in what kind of thoughts you feed yourself because it will determine not only your happiness but also your physical health.
The two types of mindsets are Fixed Mindsets and Growth Mindsets
– A fixed mind is when someone believes that their skills or qualities cannot be changed.
They have an unchanging belief about themselves including their intelligence level, and personality or character. These people usually limit themselves and focus on proving themselves to others
Mindsets influence your happiness. If you have a fixed mindset, you tend to be unhappy with yourself because you always feel that there is something wrong with you or that it doesn’t meet other people’s expectations. Mindsets also influence your physical health. Mindset is so important to health because it affects the motivation and determination you have to do what you need to do
– On the other hand, a growth mindset is when someone believes that their skills and qualities can be changed.
People with this type of mindset usually see themselves as works in progress. They are open to trying new things and challenging themselves, while at the same time working hard for their goals
Mindset influences how we live our lives. Certain perspectives help us determine which opportunities we take and which ones we avoid. Mindset can help us learn new things and grow as a person. Mindset also helps us decide how we treat others and ourselves

Mindsets are a lens through which you view the world and yourself. The frame of mind is crucial since it influences how you live your life. If you want to be happy and healthy, you must feed yourself properly. You must pick your attitude carefully since it will impact not only your happiness. How we live our lives is influenced by our mindsets. We can use our mindsets to select which opportunities we accept and which ones we pass up
The following are some of the sub-mindsets of a fixed mindset:
.Fear – operates in life guided by fears of being humiliated, rejected, or experiencing failure.
·Effort – believes that the only way to achieve things is by working extremely hard.
·Perfect – expects events or people to be flawless and perfect.
·Judgment – believes that his or her beliefs and standards should be applied to everyone and everything.
·Status – is overly obsessed with his or her status in life. They want others
·Lazy – believes that they are just naturally more intelligent than other people.
·Envy – is overly obsessed with others’ success or condition.
·Anti- – Someone who has this mindset believes that people with Mindsets are “anti” what they believe in.
·Material – believes that people who put money and material items first live a better life than those who don’t.
·Forgiveness – believes that Mindsets are all about Mindsets that can be forgiven.
Characteristics include:
1. Shift the blame to others for things that have gone wrong.
2. Habits that are lazy
3. Addictions are used to escape reality.
4. Always wanting more and insatiable
5. Self-centered, with little concern for others.
6. No to Limited initiative to achieve
7. Obsessed with what others say or do
8. Waste time
9. Come across in a negative way
If you have a growth mindset you are apt to believe you have a basic set of qualities that can be cultivated and developed through your efforts, strategies, and help from others.
Some of the sub-mindsets of a growth mindset include:
·Social – This is a positive mental attitude, which believes that all mindsets are about the same thing: mindset.
·Growth – Individuals who have a good attitude may be more likely to believe in their abilities, even if they lack confidence.
·Dreamer – This Mindset believes that Mindsets are about dreams and achieving those dreams.
·Gratitude -It’s a positive mental attitude that focuses on the good things in life. It’s all about being grateful for everything.
·Confident – This Mindset is confident in everything they do but is not arrogant. They are very down-to-earth and friendly.
·Creative – Mindsets may be artistic and creative as shown in Mindset Art.
Characteristics include:
· Willing to assist anybody in need
· Solves difficulties
· Consider the possibilities and figure out what you want.
· Appreciate what you have.
· Eager for knowledge
· Dedicated to learning and progressing
· Skilled in the art of self-improvement.
· Take on difficult tasks.
· Learn from past mistakes.
