Greek Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup granola
1/4 cup honey or another sweetener
A handful of fresh or frozen berries (optional)
Toppings of choice, such as nuts and seeds, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt and honey. Stir to combine.
Place half of the yogurt mixture in the bottom of a glass jar or container and spread evenly. Top with half of the granola.
Repeat with the remaining yogurt mixture and granola.
Add your desired toppings like berries, nuts and seeds, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips (if using). Enjoy!
