Positive Thinking Through Enlightenment
The world is a beautiful place, and it’s our responsibility to make sure we’re living the life we were meant to live. The first step to living life by your design is to work on being more positive, but what does that really mean? What is positive thinking through enlightenment?
Positive thinking means looking at your life as a whole and finding things you can love about yourself and the people around you.
You already know what you need to do. You’ve probably got a brilliant idea already tucked away in the back of your mind that can’t wait to be put into action.
What is it that drives you? What is it that Inspires you to put your creativity to work? What is it that makes you a more Positive Person? What makes you Tick? What Really makes you Happy?
Life is full of ups and downs, but how we choose to approach it makes all the difference. At times, it’s better to make personal goals that may be accomplished in a short period of time so we can experience the uplift of positive reinforcement. When we commit to positive thinking, it can help us to realize and notice things we never noticed before. This is the essence of enlightenment.
Make a deliberate effort to live your life by your design. Talking about it won’t get you anywhere. Take action, take steps toward a genuinely authentic future. It’s what makes life meaningful, living life the way you want, the way you design it, and in turn, makes you a more positive person. When you finally get it, you are finally living life with positive thinking through enlightenment!
This is an excellent example of what dreams are made of. If an idea or ‘dream’ doesn’t come true, you can always go back to it and keep trying!
- Commit to yourself and those you love, and live a life that you can genuinely enjoy. Instead of reacting to negativity, make a decision to use positive intentions from the heart and soul out of love instead of fear of rejection.
- Worrying about the future brings something to worry about, instead of positive thoughts and intentions about the future, dreams will always be there, but without action, they’re just dreams. Be amazed at the change that occurs with a few changes in thinking.
- Recognize and accept the notion that each moment, regardless of its outcome, is perfect. Every time you come upon something that appears to be too extreme, why not give it a try and see if it works? You will be surprised to see if there are other ways to get a task done in time. If you’re unhappy with the results, use it as an opportunity to learn from them and make a positive change. In the moment, breathe, and let it pass!
- Stop looking at everything as a problem that needs to be solved. Don’t compare your life to others’ lives, and instead find something to appreciate in it. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, in your awareness completely appreciate what you have, and not dwell on what you have not, instead be grateful. When you repeatedly move away from scarcity consciousness and towards gratitude, you’ll be less inclined to seek out a sense of dependency. Make the most of what you have, using it in the best way possible.
- Believing that you are in control of your life is a crucial aspect of feeling positive, thinking positive, and being successful. It’s something that can be started right away. Only you have the power to control your future, to create your own life authentically. As long as you breathe, there is no end to how much you can accomplish in this lifetime. When you think positive, you start to watch everything flow into place with perfect, passionate precision.
Humor
Humor should also be at the forefront of your mind, never forget your sense of humor because laughter is a big thing, and being happy is the ultimate goal.
Make sure you are able to laugh at yourself, my favorite saying is, “I crack myself up!”, and I say that because I’m not afraid to laugh at myself. Yes, even when I’m not funny but seriously need to laugh.
