Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup of milk of choice

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Toppings of choice, such as fresh or dried fruit, nuts and seeds, and coconut flakes (optional)

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine the oats, milk, cinnamon, honey, and chia seeds (if using). Stir to combine.

Cover with plastic wrap or a lid, and chill in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 5 hours.

When ready to eat, add your desired toppings. Enjoy!
