Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen fruit (berries, mango, pineapple, etc.)
1 cup of your favorite milk or plant-based milk
1 banana
Toppings of choice (optional)


Directions:

Place the frozen fruit, banana, and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with desired toppings like chia seeds, granola, nuts & seeds, coconut flakes, and fresh fruit (if using). Enjoy!
